Data Deletion Instructions

Market Masters Media Group, Inc. (“MMMG”) respects your right to control your data. If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, a Facebook Page, or a Meta business asset to an MMMG app, you can remove that connection and ask us to delete the data we received from Meta at any time.
Option 1: Remove the MMMG app from Facebook
- Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and websites (under Your activity or Permissions).
- Find Market Masters Media Group in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove and confirm.
Removing the app stops any further data from Meta reaching MMMG. To also delete data we already hold, complete Option 2.
Option 2: Ask MMMG to delete your data
Email info@marketmastersmedia.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address or Facebook profile/Page name connected to our app
- Your business or dealership name, if applicable
You can also call (862) 772-7413 during business hours (9 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday to Friday).
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 4 business days and may ask you to verify your identity.
- We delete your personal data and any data received from Meta within 30 days and email you a confirmation.
- We may keep limited records when required by law, such as tax or contract records, or a note that your request was completed.
What gets deleted
Your name, email and profile ID; Page, ad account and business account identifiers; access tokens; lead form submissions and campaign data tied to you; and any other data we received through the Meta platform.
