Market Masters Media Group, Inc. (“MMMG,” “we,” “us”) operates marketmastersmedia.com and related services, including our integrations with Meta, Google and the Fortellis marketplace. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or “Get Started” form, subscribe to our newsletter, call us, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or dealership name, and anything you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we and our partners collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and interactions with our pages, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Information from platforms you connect. If you authorize one of our apps or integrations (for example a Meta app, Google Ads or Google Analytics access, or our Fortellis application), we receive only the data covered by the permissions you approve. This may include your name, email, business account or Page IDs, ad account and campaign performance data, lead form submissions, and dealership sales or inventory data. We use this data only to provide the services you requested.
Information from our clients. When we run campaigns for a dealership or retailer, that client may share customer lists, sales records or CRM data with us so we can build audiences and measure results. We process that data on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes
- Deliver, manage and report on marketing campaigns for our clients
- Send newsletters and marketing emails you opted into
- Measure and improve our website and advertising
- Detect fraud, spam and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some ad tracking on our site may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws; see Your privacy rights below to opt out.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and Constant Contact to understand site traffic, measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, adjust Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and use industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info. Our site honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host our website, send email (Constant Contact), provide analytics, or support our operations, under contracts that limit their use of the data
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon and streaming/DSP partners) as needed to run and measure campaigns
- Our clients, when the data was collected on their behalf, such as leads generated by their campaigns
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- A successor business, in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
If you connect your Facebook or Instagram account or business assets to an MMMG app, we use the data Meta provides only for the features you authorized, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell Meta platform data or use it to build profiles unrelated to our services. You can remove our app at any time in your Facebook settings and request deletion of your data by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
Text messages
If you opt in to receive text messages from MMMG, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiry and lead information is generally kept for up to [3] years after our last contact. Client campaign data is kept for the length of the client relationship plus [2] years, unless the client asks us to delete it sooner. Data received from connected platforms is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request or of you disconnecting the app, unless we must keep it by law.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limited employee access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Virginia, Colorado and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Get a portable copy of your information
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights
To make a request, email info@marketmastersmedia.com or call (862) 772-7413. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email. If your data was provided to us by one of our clients, we may refer your request to that client.
To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click “unsubscribe” in any email we send.
Children’s privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as the Fortellis marketplace and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
